How does curbside pickup work?
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
I don't see the product I want in the online store...
We are adding new flowers, plants and products to our online store every day! Some flowers and products are already sold out. We encourage you to visit our website often and follow us on social media for updates on new arrivals.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we delivery locally! Please email us or send us a message on social media for a delivery quote prior to placing your order online. The delivery fee will vary based on your location.
Do you offer shipping?
If you live within Canada but outside of the Ottawa-area, please contact us to see if we can ship to your location. Send us an email or message us on Facebook or Instagram.
Do you still offer landscaping services?
We will be fulfilling existing contracts but not accepting any new clients for the 2020-2021 seasons. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to accept any returns or exchanges during this season. All sales are final. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your purchases via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you sell gift cards?

Are you still available for gardening advice and questions?
Please call us Tuesday to Friday from 4pm to 5pm for our question hour at 613-835-9266, or visit us in-store during business hours for help with specific questions.
When will my order be ready?
Standard order fulfilment time is 1-3 days, with most orders being ready within 1 day or less. We are closed Sundays and Mondays, so any orders placed between Saturday afternoon and Monday will be prepared Tuesday. You should receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
Why haven't I received any emails after placing my order?
You should receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a second email once your order is ready for pickup. If you haven't received any emails, please check your Junk folder. Otherwise, you likely misspelt your email address. Send us an email at email@example.com to check on the status of your order.
Can I add to or modify my order?
Once your order is placed, we can no longer modify your order or add any extra items. Please place a second order with the additional items and you can pickup both orders at the same time once they are ready.
How often do you re-stock products?
Please follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals. We have new shipments coming in weekly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online store accepts credit and some debit cards.
How can I use my gift card?
If you have a gift card, we are now able to accept them. Here are the steps:
Are products purchased in 2020 under warranty?
No. Plants purchased in 2020 are not covered under warranty. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deal with the refund/request on a case-by-case basis.
Can I choose the plants in person?
When placing your order online, staff will always try to choose the best plant when preparing your order. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with a plant when you come to pickup, you are not obliged to take it. Please let us know before leaving if there are any issues with your order.
Do you offer planting services?
Yes, we are able to offer planting services on trees, as well as delivery. Pricing depends on the size of the tree, and can be found here. Please give us a call at 613-835-9266 (press 1) to inquire about tree planting, or send us an email.
